• Couldn't you just sign the deed over to her and if I am not mistaken you there is a such thing as a gift/loving offer where she can buy it for $1.00. I know of people doing this with cars and other things, I don't see why you couldn't with a house.
  • That would depend on a number of factors. There is an imputed value against taxes will be levied regardless of whether you gift or sell the property for less than a reasonable value.
