  • Nero, by default thinks the user is confused. It is probably set to automatically convert the mp3 files into CDDA, the format that is playable on ALL CD audio players. That's because Nero is programmed to think that if you're dragging mp3 into a disc burn project, you must want a MUSIC CD (CDDA format). CDs made with songs in CDDA format are only going to fit about 70-80 minutes of music, whereas a 'data disc' of mp3 files can store 700MB of songs, which in mp3 equates to around 500-700 minutes of songs. If you can find a way to create a DATA DISC and drag the mp3 files into the project, it will work. Just bear in mind, not all car stereos can play discs with mp3 on them.
