I'm going with The Lion King, a real classic. With morals, fun songs that never get out of your head ("In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps tonight!") it's loads of fun that the whole fmaily can enjoy. I sound like a TV ad!

I will also go with "The Lion King". It was not only a great movie, but I will never forget the wonderful time that I had watching the movie with my wife and three children in 1993. We had just enjoyed a lovely lunch at their favorite restaurant and we went over to the show. I had started a new job the month before after having been laid off, and I was working 60 hour weeks at that time, keeping me away from my family. I will always cherish and remember that day.
-
Pirates of the Caribbean hands down!
-
I'm a big Mary Poppins fan. But I also really like Toy Story (both of them), A Bug's Life, and Monster's Inc.... There are very few Disney movies I don't like.

There are so many to choose from!! I would have to say Remember the Titans though... It's a great movie, and teaches you some important values and morals in life... Such a good movie... I've seen it over a dozen times... haha
-
Lion King, hands down. FIRST: It wasn't as mushy as most Disney movies were before its time [Think Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Little Mermaid... you get the idea] When I was a kid, it was the first Disney movie I was able to watch from the opening credits to the "The End" line simply because I didn't have to cover my eyes because a kiss was going on [a kiss! eugh! blargh! koff >.<] SECOND: The music was so good, it wasn't difficult to imagine having a Broadway musical entitled "The Lion King." [In fact, I think there WAS a musical made afterwards...] THIRD: Good animation. Lion King was one of the first Disney movies to be given the full digital treatment. Shadows were applied via computer, and making Simba move like a real lion would involved a lot of electronic puppetry and digital imaging.

Is the Brave Little Toaster a Disney movie? (I don't think it is?) If not, The Fox and the Hound.
-
Lilo & Stitch. There are so many things that make it stand out, I don't have time to go through them all here. For one, there is no 'magic' or 'true love'. The main adult female character doesn't have a pencil-thin waistline. It portrays a dysfunctional family - now that IS radical for Disney, and it works so well. It portrays a realistic image of Hawaii. One of the main characters is a little girl who has a passion for Elvis - that's so innovatively cute. It also rejects fantasy in favour of science fiction, which comes across as surprisingly seamless. There's just this overarching sense of realism throughout the whole film, which really separates it from the misogynist trash that Disney usually churns out.
-

-
It would have to be bambi :)
-
The Jungle Book.
-
The Hunchback of Notre Dame. I love all that ominous music and the humour, (I love those stupid gargoyles lol!) and the core of the story is very well done. The whole cathedral puking lava in the end was a bit overdoing it but it looked neat, and Frollo is the best Disney villain. Ever. Quasimodo is a very neat character, and for something taken from a novel, this certainly is a great adaptation, and I completely appreciate the daring elements of this film. Second place is Mulan, followed by Aladdin.
