It could be some sort of a rash? You should probably get it checked out because even the most serious illnesses have the sneakiest symptoms.

Fiberfill in bras make mine itch. But also sometimes when I take my bras off they itch. Also back when they were growing it caused the skin to itch. Are you in puberty or pregnant? Lotions and oils may help alleviate that. Some people are just more itchy than others.
