I have no idea I only wave or say Good Morning from a distance except my next door neighbour. he likes to talk to people but his wife died and I think he just wants somebody with whom to talk.

My dog!

My next door neighbor, bless her little heart. She has no family near her and she is trying to make the block her "family". We do a lot of things for her, but she is always gossiping about somebody else. You might be her "confidant" one day and be the one gossiped about to someone else the next. We all laugh about her. She is a poor old soul with no family.

Some old Bitch down the street.

We don't seem to have one .. we're too busy being busy with our own lives and having fun when we do interact :)
-
ME;)

We're pretty lucky in our neighborhood, all the neighbors pretty much keep to themselves. If there is a ruckus between some loose dogs and the cats, several people will come out to help, or if we hear a crunching noise, but for the most part, we are a very quiet, dull neighborhood.

You know, I haven't really found one, might be because we have so few neighbors. But who would come closest is my husband's niece who lives across the road. Not a busybody or a person that sticks her nose in where she's not wanted, not at all, since she really is very busy, but let's say if you tell her something and something come sup in her life about it, she will tell it to anyone without batting an eye LOL!!! We love her, but she just never keeps anything to herself at times :-)

The lady next door. She is nice and means well, but she always knows every thing about everybody. We were late move-ins, and it took us a while to realize that when the rest of the neighbors mentioned Mrs. Kravitz (from Bewitched) they were talking about the lady next door.

Nearly everyone in my street for goodness sake, pisses me right off.
-
There is no one I know.

D.R. And she looks just like Margaret Hamilton--The Wicked Witch of the West in the Wizard of Oz
-
That would be Bernie. He's a retired gentleman who has very definite ideas about what's going on - who has nothing better to do than to wander the neighborhood and poke his nose in everybody's stuff. We're friends and he supplies me with all the gossip.

We have an older lady who walks up and down the street on all the clear days. Down by the end of one block there is a playground for all the moms who have kids. Ive seen her down there talking to various people. I think shes alone and has no one to talk too; a little sad. But many peple have to work. Some call her a gossip but you have to put yourself in her shoes before you can call her names? A year ago she reported smoke coming from this house and the people werent home. The fire Dept. said she did a great deed and she felt good for a while. (the homeowners never thanked her/ how rude). Yearly she makes jelly and gives it away--shes a good cook. So now you know Helen. Thank You
