  • Check your maunal for proper troubleshooting, if the manual troubleshooting is not whats wrong , try going to the webpage of the manufacturer, and if that doesnt work call the manufacturer and speak with the technical department and maybe they can further guide you. If you have an older printer it maybe be harder to get technical support for the issue but it cant hurt to try what i had indicated. You also may want to take it to a computer or office equipment repair facility so they can diagnose it appropriately and guide you if its worth repairing or replacing it overall..
