It varies greatly. In the UK its around 16-17 on AVERAGE... a lot of people loose it earlier, but also a lot of people loose it later. You shouldn't relate it to how attractive people see you or how they view your personality. I know many nice, attractive 18-20 year olds who are still virgins. Go with what feels right.
