I've made frames for some of my posters but all I need is protective screens. Where can I find clear plastic/fiberglass screens in my sizes, or that I can cut to fit, for the fronts?

Try a DIY store - in the UK I would suggest B&Q. You can get big sheets of clear perspex from really thick to quite thin (2mm) and cut them to size.

If you want plexiglass, you can find it at the Home Improvement store. I use clear oil cloth which can be purchased at most fabric stores in the tablecloth section.

clear plstic film are not the best because you always have some kind of wave or ripple and itexpands with heat. For plexiglass, go to Home depot or the likes, it can be expensive, but they can cut on the spot.
