Amélie is a great movie. :) Okay so, here comes miss one track mind with foreign horror lol. How about this weird bar scene from a movie called Calvaire (Ordeal.) from Belgium? I posted this here as a question before but, I just couldn't resist, this is the strangest scene I've ever seen in a movie...this basically amounts to European Texas Chainsaw Massacre style movies. But, not to be so dark and glum and sent off to some psychiatric ward, I also have Withnail and I, a British film about these two guys always stoned on something and running around being a couple of weirdos lol. The tearoom scene here, it's hilarious. It's a good movie, I would suggest it to everyone. PS-Let me know if the videos don't work? I've been having trouble with this lately. :/

There are just too many to choose from, but since I doubt anyone will select an older movie, I'll go with "Adieu l'ami" (1968). I saw this a few years ago, and it was cool. Oh, it's also called "Honor Among Thieves" or "Farewell, Friend."
