WATSON 349 - Drug specification - Imprint: WATSON349 Description: Tab, White, Cap Shaped, Scored, Watson over 349 Drug/Strength: Acetaminophen 500 mg, Hydrocodone Bitartrate 5 mg Brand (or equiv.): Vicodin Firm: Amerisource NDC#: 62584-0738 Class/Sch: Analgesic; CIII This is an unusually "weak" dosage for something like kidney stones. I am guessing, you have little to no tolerance to narcotics. When I was diagnosed with my kidney stone, I was prescribed 20 mg oxycontin, which is equal to 30 mgs. of what you were prescribed, or basically taking 6 of what you got, at once. Do not be to surprised if they do not knock your pain out to much. Your doctor may be scared to give you anything stronger, because of the easy addiction that narcotic/opiates posses.
