    If you mean the spot where the guy's arm wanders to the table behind him to type crazily on the other custmoer's pda-he's actually connecting to the internet so the myspace.com pic of Tom comes up...I'm sure they got permission to use it-good publicity for myspace and the tv audience gets that he is connected to the internet...win/win!
