All. I love my veggies. Raw for carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, peas, and beans, but steamed for most others.

Every which way! The only part about vegetables I don't like is the wheelchair. Darned near broke a tooth on one once! Seriously, there is something to be said for each method.

Raw with a blue cheese-type dressing for a dip Steamed, served with butter, salt & ground pepper but still brightly colored and crunchy..not mushy Grilled when I make veggie sandwiches..only I have a grill pan and do it on the stove. We don't use charcoal barbecues any more. Boiled would take all the life, color and nutrients out of it I think..but if you save the water and freeze it and use it later in soups you will have saved the vitamins and minerals that are in that pot liquor! :)

Raw carrots definitely. Broccoli, I will take steamed or raw. Everything else, steamed.

I like them any of those ways with ranch, Italian, or thousand islands salad dressing; curry, black pepper, peanut, or tartar sauce. :)

It depends on the vegetable. Raw is the best, steamed next, or grilled. I really don't like vegetables that are boiled, mushy and tasteless.
