  • If you are not planning on going to school for it there are plenty of online sites that will help you in learning a lot of C++ on your own. Try this one out, it helps me something with concepts I don't know yet when writing programs. http://www.learncpp.com/ Hope it works out for you.
  • C or C++ basics can be learned from various websites and Books. I like the C++ in 24 Hours book for learning. It doesn't make a good reference though. Most books or sites miss key parts of the language that are going to be required if you ever have a Job writing code, such as writing Unit tests and Error handling.
