I'm looking for diaper shirts (onesies) that are bigger then 24 months or 32 lbs. Has anyone seen them in a larger size?

Try Carters...there's nothing wrong with them wearing onsies at that age! They are easier than having to keep tucking in their tee shirts...

Try Childrens Place. I think they make for for up to age of four.

I bought my son size 3t onsies at "babies r us" this summer. It said on the package they sell up to a 4t. The brand was gerber and I am loving having them and he enjoys them too. He wears them under overalls and sleeps in them.

I have been looking for the samething but I ended up with just t-shirts. Great Question.

Gerber makes them up to size 5T, but they are hard to get. You can usually get them at clothdiaper.com though.
