  • There are different styles of protractors, so I've uploaded one as an example. The "horizontal line" is O degrees and the hole, in the center of the line, denotes the center of the arc. Line up the "horizontal line", of the protractor, with one side of the triangle. Then slide the protractor, keeping the two lines together, until the "hole" is centered over the end of the side of the triangle (the point).
