There is no 'normal' in penis size. Guys are born with what they have - it is neither normal nor 'good' nor 'bad'. Most 12 year olds have not entered puberty, the body undergoes major changes during the course of puberty where growth of all body parts takes place. The AVERAGE size of the adult penis is around about 6 1/2 inches in length.

There's no such thing as "normal" at that age, everything is variable depending on where they are in puberty which is starting around that time. Given how teenagers freak out over everything at that time, tape measure should be banned for a few years.

there really isn't an average at that age, cuz a boy can be in any stage of development. could be less than 4inches like a kid, or nearly full grown! but most likely somewhere in between (probably 4 to 5inches).

according to studies the average 12yo penis is 3.8 inches and the average 13 yo penis is 4.8 however some people go into puberty earlier and get a jump on things so if you're 12 with a 7 incher... don't go thinking you'll be the next john holmes.
