I've got a few left over, maybe 3-4 pair that I still keep and wear occasionally.

Not one. I have balance issues even in regular shoes and I refer to high heels as "suicide shoes".

Im Amelda Marcos I think. I have so many pairs of heels I have collected over the years its hard to count.I am buying lower heels then I used to.Most of my shoes are at least 3 inch heels.

None anymore. Heels have always been painful because I have weak, turned in ankles. And I had a serious ankle injury over 10 years ago that makes it impossible for me to walk in them. Gotta stick to flats. I'm 5'9" anyway...don't really need heels!

Well, I have 39 pairs of shoes and the majority are heels. I'd say probably half or more.

I have 3 pairs of Christian Louboutin high heel shoes, and 15 pairs of stiletto boots. Both knee high and thigh high. They're all pointy toe with 4-5" inch heels. Brands include: Christian Louboutin, YSL known as Yves Saint Laurent, Gianmarco Lorenzi, Di Marni, Icone, Sergio Rossi, etc. I do part time modeling, so having more than enough footwear works for me. :)

According to Wikipedia's definition a high heel starts as low as a kitten heel at 1.5" if you count boots I have maybe a dozen.

I have more than 20 pairs of platform boots similar to the ones on my avatar (in various colours).

I have more than 20 pairs of platform boots. My sister Rachel has about 200 pairs of shoes altogether and the majority of them have high stiletto heels.
