Will it ever be possible for characters to learn enemy languages, Orcish for Alliance or Commonspeak for the Horde, etc?

As far as world of warcraft goes I would say no, they made it impossible so that cheaters couldnt hel eachother (not like they wont just go to ventrilio or something... In everquest 1 at least you could learn other languages I made many a platinum (think 100 gold just for typeing crap) to help others play the game better

no, the developers have stated that you will never be able to 'speak' to the opposing faction.

Sadly No. :( I would love to have the option to make an Ally character be able to convert to horde side and speak the language. I think it would make things a bit more interesting.
