Hold down L,R,A,B,and start wen it starts up it should say global reset.the you have to turn it off and turn it on,then it should work BEWARE you well lose all your saved files on the action replay if you do this.

Well how i did mine is When u start up ur game hold L, R, A, B and Start (not select) before the ar starts up and it will give you a countdown till reset then bam ur done.
