  • Get a big dog?
  • Get a cat of your own (preferably a Tom), cats hardly ever 'go' in there own garden and it usually puts strange cats off too!! I have 2 cats myself and very rarely get any in my garden, apart from top end which is about 80' from house.
  • Put red pepper (cayanne) in and around the soil. Cats smell where they are going to go, and the smell of the pepper is off-putting.
  • Here is some information I found online. It's called 30 Tips To Keep Cats Out Of Your Garden. I hope it helps! http://ezinearticles.com/?30-Tips-To-Keep-Cats-Out-Of-Your-Garden&id=598141
  • May sound mean, but spray him with your garden hose. It won't hurt him and eventually he will stop. As to renourishing the soil. I think the only thing you can do is over water it. The extra water will wash away what he left.
