Presumably you have a card reader? If so go to my computer, and click on the storage device. Go to where you music files are, open in another window, drag and drop them onto the SD device or copy and paste them.

if you dont have a card reader, use your digital camara if you have one, most will work like a reader where you can just drop music into it.
