Yes but i don't know how.
-
Im sure you can. Its cheap!! Well if you're pregnant.
-
Eww. I don't really know. Eeeeewwww. I suppose; milk is milk. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. :o)
-
Yes, but you need to sqeeze the milk out just right, come over I'll show you.
-
Yes. There is a small company in France that gets milk from volunteers for such cheese. I ran across their website some time ago, but I don't remember what it was. You might try googling it.
-
Yeppers, you sure can.
-
I dont see why not..... and I don't know why I find it slightly abnormal. after all we eat cheese made from other animals milk , why not our own species ?
-
I don't see why not. I bet it would be REALLY sweet though.
-
Sounds like a business opportunity to me.
-
Stricly speaking, yes. Cheese, after all, is made from milk. Now, if someone would actually want to eat it is another matter.
-
I have a better idea. We can use nub cheese!
-
Oh yuck! I'm a bit of a freak, but omg I would never have even contemplated that. Too funny.
-
Why make cheese out of it when you can get it straight from the bottle?
-
Ok, I don't know the answer to your question, but I just had to pop in and say: "ewwwwwwwwwwwwww" +
-
Yes. http://www.slashfood.com/2008/04/09/breast-milk-cheese-anyone/
-
I suppose it's possible but..why...and who would eat it... and how would you get the consent...assuming you're male... wow interesting question....
-
Funny... I've wondered the same thing and have found out that you can. You'd need a fair amount of milk to make it though.
-
I suppose so, the question is should it be done?
-
ALthough there is an unconfirmed report of a factory in France doing this, I think not. Breat milk is not like cows' milk. It is thinner and has little cream. To make cheese, you need a great amount of milk. I cannot imagine women volunteering to work as milking cows.
-
Funny question. Good one.
-
How can you be 'a new father again'? Isn't that like saying, I'm a virgin who's getting married for the second time?
-
well congratulations (cant remember if i already congratulated you!) on your new arrival! and no i dont think i would eat cheese or yoghurt made from breast milk, but then again - i havent tried it!
-
Congrats!!...I'd eat the cheese if it tasted good. Not a big yogurt fan. My buddy just had a kid and he said he tried it (just the milk) Said it didn't taste that good.
-
Ho`omaikai! And that would be a "no" on the cheese and yoghurt question.
-
I don't think breast milk tastes that bad (consider the source a breastfeeding mother). My kids godfather had hated his wifes milk, but he liked mine... or maybe he just said that. I would try both. I think goat milk can be the worst. It all tastes nipply, even cow's milk when you start switching it up.
-
I heard about that from Ben and Jerry's. *Im speaking to your wife... Honey, can you imagine being milked all day for ice Cream? You would have to drug me as pumping the breast is NOT the most comfortable experience in the universe. I understand how the cows feel!
-
Lol!
-
Never thought of that before... I wonder!
-
Actually, no. The protein content isn't high enough. Sorry. Yes, I have looked into it. ^_^
