Laugh a lot. Don't let yourself be stressed out. Eat a diet of raw fish, fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink green tea in the morning, red wine at night. Don't smoke, use harmful drugs, or eat too much sugar. Drink wheatgrass. Exercise. Spend time in nature. Recycle. Be yourself.

Don't take unnecessary risks, eat wholesome food, get plenty of rest and exercise, don't smoke or drink alcoholic beverages and have a positive attitude (in other words - be Jesus). If this fails, be sure to have ancestors who had long life spans.

Basically eating right, exercising, reducing stress as much as you can(marriage at a young age) and driving safely lol. There is this community somewhere in Korea of old people that live very well, they are the biggest, longest living, community of people 60+ and older and there are people 80, 90+ years old that are still exercising and singing, climbing trees to pick fruit, and having fun, it's really cool.

I'd say being slim, not smoking and not drinking. With these factors alone you can outlast many people. Now if you want to extend your lifespan -- also exercise regularly in the gym, sleep well and have no vitamin deficiencies. Finally cut down on stress, anxiety and tensions. You should go well past 95
