  • It depends on a couple things like how the land is zoned. If it is zoned for retail you can probably expect to pay $900,000 - $1,500,000 per acre. It is still just a range because the price will depend on location too. Is it on a major street? Is it a corner lot? Is it in Old Frisco or one of the newer parts of town? Residential land is going to be even more expensive because there is a lot of residential development in Frisco right now. Commerial land/warehouse space will probably be a little cheaper. If the person buying the land is going to have to re-zone it for their project, expect their price to be lower. They are taking on a big risk if they can't get the project approved by the city and they aren't going to pay a premium for the land knowing that there are so many approvals to get.
