Being trolled means: an online person who likes to stir the pot by getting other users to satisfy his or her way of entertainment. A troll is also considered a bully. Just like the school bully, but on the internet, it's verbal. :)

In Internet slang, a troll (/troʊl, trɒl/) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting quarrels or upsetting people, by posting inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog) with the intent of provoking readers into an emotional.

To be "trolled" refers to the action of anonymous people harassing others online. That could manifest in disliking or flagging perfectly normal content, as well as writing mean and fake comments.
