That is a puzzling question :0 A jigsaw (i think) is the one with all the interlocking peices, as for a puzzle it can be anything you dont understand, like my answer or life itself :0 (im drunk) ^^

Since this is in the board games category, I am going to assume it is not an exercise in philosophy. A jigsaw is one of many kinds of puzzles. A puzzle can be a set of blocks that have to be fit together, or a set of wires that have to be unhooked, or many forms. A jigsaw is a cut up picture or other object that has to be pieced together. It got its name, because the original ones were on a wooden board cut with a "jig" type of saw. They are mostly made of cardboard today.
