I can't find my installation disk for my printer. Is their an alternative?

Goto the manufactures website and download the applicable drivers. Without further info (make and model ect) no further advice can be given.

You can complain with the seller. They will provide a copy of the installation disk. The disk contains some specific softwares in addition to drivers.
