I dont think you can. the only way i know is to trade it from Ruby version. After all i thought that Fire Red was a remake of the old red version with some new features.

Like Masterman said, Groudon isn't available in Fire Red or Leaf Green. Instead, you'll need Ruby or Emerald to catch it.
