  • None of the above. The new highly efficient fluorescent bulbs give nice light at 4, 7, 11, 15 etc. Watts. I like the 11W best.
  • 60 should be fine. But in terms of LED bulbs you should be OK with an 10
  • 6-18-2017 "Perfect" does not apply. It is entirely arbitrary.
  • I never in my life ever bought anything but 100 watt bulbs! they all cost the same so why not? I have the LCD bulbs but don't like the 'warm' light........I did find some in the 'cool' spectrum.......now they say the warm's better for your eyesight......ya can't win, huh? lol. anyway, with the new ones, I look the 100 watt equivalent......everything just seems not bright enough......it's all what you get used to...... but stick with higher wattage, no matter what type of bulb you use!!
  • 7-27-2017 I used to like the CFL bulbs, but it's getting hard to find white ones, and I will not tolerate yellow or orange, the so called "warm" or "soft white" colors. I have 80 watts of LED lighting in my kitchen and it is wonderful.
