  • I'm not motivated enough to start doing this- but my sister started doing sit ups every night before she went to bed and she's lost a ton of weight around the middle- I'm very jealous. Sit ups aren't hard if you take it slow. Start out with just doing ten at a time and then before you know it you'll be able to do 50 or 60 in a row.
  • cardio can help as well, look at Glamour magazine or Shape and those can also suggest some good routines.
  • One of my favorites is canoing. I know it sounds weird but it really works. Paddling in the correct position, with good rhythm, really whittles away your waist and builds strong back muscles, too. There is a nice twisting motion and you can enjoy the scenery:-)
  • Those exercises which makes you feel the pain on the waist. Crunches ( Start from 10 reps 3 sets) Plank (Start from 30 seconds) Superman exercise ( Start from 10 reps, 3 sets) Leg raise ( Start from 10 reps 3 sets)
