  • Get a Rottweiler.
  • Children view the world as their playground. If you want them out of your yard, the best thing to do would be to build a fence. Most kids respect fences as barriers.
  • Move the swings and slides. That's normal kids behaviour.
  • You dont have children.
  • Kids have very short term memories. They get absorbed in whatever hellish game it is they're playing, and completely lose sight of any instructions they've been given. They're not being malicious, just young. That's why mothers get throat strain and look all tired and stressed all the time.
  • Because children have zero respect for ANYONE. Not parents, not neighbors, no one. Not to mention they have the attention span of a gnat and the memory of an alzheimers patient.
  • The issue is that the mother needs to do more than yell out the window. She needs to get her lazy but down there and discipline those kids. If it were me, those kids wouldn't be outside for a month. What I suggest you do is ask the mother politely if you haven't already not to allow them to play in your yard. If no change inform her as nice as you can that you consider it tresspassing and will call the police if you have to. Hopefully, it doesn't get to that point.
  • This is another situation that could be simply resolved by getting a pit bull.
  • Put a sprinkler in the yard and turn it on when they come in the yard. If they have a ball or something and it gets away from them go take it and say 'I told you to stay out of my yard, its my ball now' and walk in the house. OR go to their parents, say your kids won't stay out of my yard, they ruined my grass, if you don't keep them out of my yard I will take legal action. Have the cops tell them, and sue them for the price of the fence, and grass.
