  • Just because the horse is tied to a rope doesn't mean that the rope is tied to something else. The horse can go anywhere he or she pleases until someone ties the rope to something.
  • The rope is tied to the horse's tail and the horse is at least 10 feet long from head to tail allowing his mouth to reach the hay. OR: The HORSE is 25 feet away from the bail but tied to a post that is only 10 feet from the bail. Therefore he can turnaround and walk to the bail and eat.
