• What model is it? You can go to the HP website and download the Vista drivers for free. It is very simple, please let me know if you have any problems.
  • Just plug the printer into the laptop, Vista will probably detect it and it'll probably work without having to do anything else.
  • The printers that are being made now are compatible with just about all computers. Try unplugging the printer and computer from the electricity, then plug them in again and plug in the printer to the port on the computer. Turn them on and see what happens.
  • If your laptop doesn't automatically pick up on the printer, you can probably get updated printer drivers from the website of the makers of the printer.
