How do I change the number of times My Nextel i870 rings before the call goes to voicemail?

It's not a setting on the phone, it's something on the network. All you have to do is call into customer service, & they add a code onto your account to change the ring time. I can't remember what the exact choices are for the ammount of time, but there is a considerable difference.
