Hi Shadow, I don't have it, I do have family members with it, and yes it's a struggle for them to be understood by non autistic children/people. I had two neighbours with it as well. Things are getting better for the next generation though with more acceptance and knowledge around it, I should imagine many have learned to mask theirs over the years in order to fit in.

Shadow Of The Mind That’s understandable that the website wasn’t working. People with autism find it difficult to fit in with others because they just want to do their own thing and be their own person. I think autistic people can find others intimidating because they get affected by anyone trying to interfere with them. Autism is difference and some people don’t understand that because they are not aware of differences in people in general. I understand autistic people very well like the family members you speak of. The reason I can think of as to why autistic people struggle is that they can be intimidated by others and feeling rejected or abandoned by those who don’t understand them. -
⭐️Creamcrackered That's true.

Hi Shadow, I don't have it, but I do have a nephew and cousin with it, I also had two adult neighbourhood autism, the struggles are being understood, overwhelm, (which most people have), but caused by a different way of interacting, expressing boundaries, and perception. Of course there are different levels of autism, and widespread neurodivergent that can affect people, old and dyslexic are forms of neurodivergence. I should imagine it's difficult because of these differences, and that many autistic people (like most) fear rejection, but actually experience rejection alot, and learn to mask in order to fit in.

A few members of my family are autistic they all have the mentality of a 2 year old even thou they are in the late 20's. they cant speak read write and have no hope of answerbaging. My cousins ex wife wanted to declare their son autistic and get him put on pills, my cousin took the boy about 2 years ago since then the boy attends school and is passing class, nothing wrong with the boy.
