Can NATO without the help of the US defeat Russia in a all-out war?

Probably. The UK has aircraft carriers (apparently much superior to Russia's one), and France and the UK both have nukes. In general, NATO has top-notch military equipment (when not from the USA, then basically on-par with the USA), while Russia military tech in generally is old. (Yes, they have newer stuff, but very little of it. For example: only about 20 stealth fighters, compared roughly 100 in NATO nations other than the US) * I think NATO military tech would easily out-perform Russian in a "conventional" (i.e. no nukes) war. And since many NATO nations have our anti-ICBM tech installed, probably also in a nuclear war.

I dont think so. Most of the people of the Europe have no interst in these warmongers wars for the rich to get richer. Russia has destroyed more than 60% of the Nato supplied equipment given to Ukraine.
