  • I haven't read many books for a long time, not by author anyway, I did read Mary Higgins Clark, which are thrillers, I did read some of Martina Cole, I did like the comedies of Australian writer Kathy Lette. Someone leant me some books by Robert Galbraith, detective, they weren't bad actually, I got to like the main characters, then it turned out that Robert Galbraith was a pseudonym for J.K Rowling which surprised me. I have one book A Fraction of A Whole, which I quite enjoyed a while back, but the author Steve Toltz didn't write any more books.
  • For many years it was Stephen King. I became a fan when he was still writing stories for magazines before his first novel was published. I bought and read everything he published for decades. However, he's lost his mind to politics, and weaves his animosity for Trump and the right into every novel he's published since Trumps first term. So, now he's become boring to me, and we broke up. So, my current favorite is the guy who wrote the song of ice and fire, George RR Martin or Peter Straub. 4/20/26

I liked it. It followed the book pretty closely if I remember right. Jack Nicholsen was great in his part.
