the opposite of a troll would most definately be an ogre of somesorts, trolls, according to myth lurk under bridges waiting for passers by, whereas ogres are set to stand guard over their keep, also trolls are very small in comparison to ogres. i do hope that i have helped you with your question:)

we've gotta come up with a good name for this one. I'm no point fairy, but I'll definitely just read questions and answers sometimes and give lots of points out to just about everyone involved if I like the thread. On the other hand,if I don't like the answers, I never give everyone minuses. Sometimes just people that are acting like idiots.

Since I'm a guy, the term "point fairy" just doesn't sound all that appealing. Personally, I like "positroll" although I suspect that it's more a verb than a noun. Maybe the term "positroller" could work?
