Amazon most but *** I've had nothing but good experience with Mercari. In the rare case when Mercari has what I want at a better price, I buy from them. *** I've had less good luck with Ebay...but Ebay has a return policy now that's quite good. When you are shipped a problem item and the seller won't take a return, Ebay refunds your money. For example: I recently purchased a cable modem from Ebay meant for Comcast. Comcast would not register the modem (even though it seemed to be in fine working order), and when contacted, both Comcast and the modem manufacturer instructed me to return the item. The seller wouldn't accept a return, so Ebay refunded the purchase price.
