I skip them. YouTube has a subscription called YouTube Premium, were you can watch videos without ads. In the US, YouTube Premium costs $15.99 per month. But really, it is better to skip ads, and do what people are starting to do - cancel their subscriptions to save money, as many people are going or have gone financially broke.
