I think it's brilliant, because it points out all of the flaws in the system so clearly.

They're female wannabes. They aren't real. They don't have the reproduction system and body chemistry that makes them real. If you are going to put TV males on a female team you might as well get rid of women's sports altogether. I do think however that TV's should be free to dress the way they want.😏
