This one doesn't even specify you have to take it from them.

  • Stealing implies that the victim of is the owner of whatever has been stolen. * Yes, thieves also own things, and so can also have things stolen from them.
  • If it was never yours, then absolutely. If it was yours and you are taking it back... then, well, I suppose it depends who you ask, but I tend to personally think it's not stealing in that case.
