I want to glue a 1/4 thick plate of aluminum onto a 1/16 piece of aluminum sheet using epoxy but how much do I apply and in what way do i put line a x from coiner to coiner a line aide to side or a line around the border of the Square a polka-dot pattern so i am make a metal plat i need it to be 8mm thick so that why i put to piece to gther and not sure how to apply the glue i now how to mix and maybe to sand the plat and the sheet but not sure how much to apply and what system to use like i said line a border line around the edge or the square or both line side to side and the border line or maybe a polka-dot pattern after i glue it and drill tow hole then i will cut it down to 11 inch long and 9 1/2 width
substituting the tempered glass for aluminum on a TV stand where i need to put the stand would be unsafe to put in on with the glass the glass is to long and would brake Btw the thy should ad a DIY category for use

what about some pop rivets or weld it tig or mig? Im not a fan of glueing metal
