    What do they say about it specifically? I've never heard that claim myself. Is it ONLY Kraft brand or is referring to all brands of pre-grated cheese?

      Ah then. Is it just that brand of grated cheese, and is it supposed to be an isolated event? Is it their grated parmesan your'e asking about? I know that has "micro crystalline cellulose in it to make it flow better.

    Most grated cheese contains wood pulp. There is a class action lawsuit on the matter https://thecounter.org/100-percent-grated-cheese-contain-cellulose-false-advertising-kraft-heinz/ But Americans have rarely ever made real food anyway. It's mostly artificial or GM crap. As long as it doesn't kill you straight away, it's "food" - according to the FDA.
