But as for you, the Lord your God has not permitted you to do so… Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord."😏

Yes, trusting in astrologers is to put God aside. Isaiah 8:19-20 "And when they say to you, Inquire of the mediums and the necromancers who chirp and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Should they inquire of the dead on behalf of the living? 20 To the teaching and to the testimony! If they will not speak according to this word, it is because they have no dawn."

Well...certainly the Bible condemns divination VERY harshly, and fortune telling and astrology are both forms of divination. *** Astrology is KNOWN to be fraudulent, and has been known since the invention of the telescope and (therefore) the understanding that the APPARENT (to the naked eye) distances of visible celestial objects from each other is NO indication of the ACTUAL distance of those objects from each other. (The distance of visible celestial objects from each other is of fundamental importance to astrology, and astrology relies solely on the known-to-be-incorrect APPARENT distance.)

God gives the cosmos for signs, hence the seasons, or for travelling like the magi, but not for determining ones future. There were seers in the bible, Daniel saw the future in dreams, but that was of God. Where as some seers were demon possessed, which means they evoke demons in order to see the future. This is seen in the Lesser Keys of Solomon a book on demonology. These days they refer to them as spirits, but back then they were demons, and there were specific demons for psychic ability. Don't let it scare you, you are fine, the bible states in God there is no reason to fear, take your mind off it and watch some rubbish television, after al there is plenty of it, Take care, I hope you are well, sunny day over here today.

Things of this sort are detestable in the eyes of God. There in the Bible at Deuteronomy 18:10-12 it reads "There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, anyone practicing magic, anyone who looks for omens, a sorcerer, anyone binding others with a spell, anyone who consults a spirit medium or a fortune-teller, or anyone who inquires of the dead. For whoever does these things is detestable to Jehovah, and on account of these detestable practices Jehovah your God is driving them away from before you." So as you can see, things of this sort did not originate with God because of the way he feels about them. Things of this sort definitely originates with Satan the Devil, therefore we should not have anything to do with these practices
