  • "When will these shootings come to end" - Not in the foreseeable future. *** "there are babies being killed cause of guns and you people vote Republican?" - The two are unrelated. Obviously more people voted Democrat last election...and despite that, you lament, "When will these shootings come to end, there are babies being killed cause of guns". Should I blame that on people voting Democrat? That would certainly make more sense...except that I realize that has nothing to do with it.

Thanks for your comment well appreciated :)
  • Taking the guns out of the hands of the people won't solve anything as much as you want to believe otherwise. Banning guns will only take the guns out of the hands of law-abiding citizens. Gun laws won't take guns out of the hands of the criminals - they're already prohibited from owning guns, but that doesn't stop them. [] So then you'll have a scenario where the law-abiding people are without guns and the criminals are still getting them off the streets. When do you think the shootings will stop? [] Here's a thought - maybe the shootings will stop when you take the guns out of the hands of the criminals. Since that's not likely to happen anytime soon, it might be a good idea to give the guns back to the responsible law-abiding citizens so they can protect themselves. They aren't the ones committing crimes and shooting babies.

That bunch is trying to defund the police who would take the guns out of the hands of the criminals. Smart folks.

Your point is noted - defunding the police is part of the problem. It doesn't take a mental heavyweight to think logically. It's painfully obvious what kind of damage the "No Child Left Behind" Act has done.
