Why won't UPS deliver my stuff?

Tracking says it has been on the truck to deliver to my house twice, and it's been in my town for 3 days. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and UPS picked the item up over a week ago. I'd just as soon go pick it up if there was a number to call or something.
