How to add a video on top of another video?
Do you know how to overlay a video to a video? They say a picture in picture video editing software is needed to create a pip video. I found this guide https://www.jihosoft.com/video-editing-tips/best-picture-in-picture-video-editing-software.html which recommends several tools to make PIP video. But I'm not sure which one to choose. Any idea will be appreciated.

Adobe After Effects. Generally, you have to use a green screen or make a mask of the part of the video that you wish to overlay on top of the background plate.
