New neighbor smokes cannabis, smoke goes inside my children's bedroom
My new neighbor who is also a parent herself, to a 6 year old son smokes pot everyday, several times a day (she's unemployed and on section 8, I m not a section 8 tenant I have live in my apartment for 5 years, landlord recently started renting out to Section 8 tenants). My neighbor has a sister who visits her everyday, they both smoke pot, sister also has a daughter. I told our apartment manager about it. Manager told them to close the windows, so the smoke won't come out. My neighbor's sister confronted me while I was walking. She screamed at me very disgusting names and poke my forehead with her fingers, apparently she was mad because I complained to the manager about them smoking pot. I called the police all they told me was to file a restraining order which I did but was denied by the judge. Well, they still smoke pot and I m concerned about my children's health. It has been several occasions when I encounter my neighbor's sister she calls me nasty names indirectly. I ignored her. What should I do?

This is a hard one. If you mention it to the landlord, you might get some sort of retaliation. If you call section 8 or the social authorities, retaliation again. I would definitely look into moving.
