Bonsai is very interesting and a beautiful art. Many years ago I bought a book on Bonsai and even tried to start a tree. The problem I found is one may never enjoy the real beauty of a Bonsai tree because the best examples are over 100 years old and require constant attention. I gave up as many who attempt Bonsai do. Read books on Bonsai to determine what type trees are the best and to learn the techniques of growing a Bonsai.
